Actor James Woods has settled a lawsuit that accused a Rhode Island hospital of negligence in the death of his brother, the Providence Journal reports. The settlement calls for Kent Hospital to pay an undisclosed sum to the children of Michael Woods and to launch initiatives to improve patient care. Woods said an apology from the hospital helped facilitate the settlement.
