A man suspected of robbing a Pittsburgh bank has filed a lawsuit against several city police officers who allegedly assaulted him. The man claims in his lawsuit that he was removed from his vehicle by 12 officers and beaten severely. He suffered a “broken nose, facial abrasions, as well as a closed head injury, which has resulted in persistent neurological injuries,” the suit states. The man lead police on a 20-mile chase before being stopped and removed from his car.
