More than 25 years after an incident at a Union Carbide chemical plant killed more than 15,000 people in Bhopal, India, residents there still feel they have not received justice, the Los Angeles Times reports. Those living near the former plant say their water remains contaminated and that many residents were never compensated under a 1989 settlement between Union Carbide and the Indian government.
