The victim of a widely publicized chimpanzee attack earlier this year will seek $150 million in damages from the state of Connecticut. According to an attorney for Charla Nash and her family, state environmental officials failed to secure an animal they knew to be a threat to the public. Nash, who suffered severe injuries in the attack, remains hospitalized at the Cleveland Clinic.
