The families of three people killed in a 2006 rafting accident have agreed to settle their lawsuit against the company that hosted the trip. An attorney for the families of John and Elizabeth Rizas and Linda Clark had argued that Grand Teton Lodge Co. downplayed dangerous conditions on the Snake River on the day of the accident. The terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
