The family of a woman crushed by another motorist’s car at a Massachusetts car wash has agreed to settle their lawsuit against the other driver. Robin Young died in 2007 after being struck by a car driven by Marie Pigaga. Pigaga was later charged with vehicular manslaughter. The terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
