A lawsuit has been filed against the Baltimore County police department over the fatal shooting of a local man in February 2008. Officers fired 70 bullets at the man after he allegedly rammed one of their police vehicles with his car. The lawsuit claims the officers used excessive and unnecessary force in opening fire on the man.
