A former Massachusetts assistant superintendent has filed a lawsuit against her former employer, claiming she was lead to believe she had a job for three years and was then fired. According to the lawsuit, Maxine Minkoff was fired just five months after being hired, even though she thought her job was safe for much longer. The lawsuit accuses the district of breach of contract and cites intentional interference and negligent misrepresentation.
