A lawsuit has been filed against a Houston funeral home over the decayed condition of a body they shipped to Uganda. The lawsuit was filed by a father whose son died on July 1. He claims in his suit that his son’s body had decayed to such a level that he had trouble identifying the body only three weeks after the boy’s death. The father is accusing the funeral home of negligence and is seeking unspecified damages.
