The widow of an airplane pilot killed in a crash with a helicopter over the Hudson River this summer has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the helicopter tour company, its insurer and the helicopter manufacturer, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports. The lawsuit alleges that Liberty Helicopter Inc. was negligent in the crash and had a history of accidents in the New York area prior to the accident. The lawsuit seeks $1.35 million in damages.
