A meat processing company has announced a recall of one million pounds of ground beef and bulk ground meat products that may be infected with a type of E. coli bacteria. Valley Meat Co. announced the recall last week of meat sold in California, Texas, Oregon, Arizona and overseas. It has been reported that the infected meat may cause intense intestinal distress or kidney failure.
