An ex-State prison guard alleges he was hazed by co-workers and stabbed outside his home after reporting the incident. The plaintiff claims he was harassed and labeled a snitch for "breaking the code of silence." The retaliation followed the plaintiff when he transferred prisons, forcing him into early retirement.
