A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed in Wisconsin by the family of a woman who was murdered during a gas station robbery in March 2008. According to the lawsuit, Rochelle Anderson was killed by Derek Domke while he and another man attempted to rob the gas station. Domke was convicted of intentional homicide and armed robbery and was sentenced to life in prison in January 2009.
