A Maryland man has filed a lawsuit against the federal government over the death of his wife in a Maryland police helicopter crash in 2008. The man accuses Federal Aviation Administration air traffic controllers of negligence in the crash that killed his wife and three others. The lawsuit is seeking $7 million in damages.
