A class-action lawsuit alleging Wal-Mart Stores Inc. secretly manipulated electronic pay records and refused to pay overtime is set for trial next month. The lawsuit has grown to 65,000 current and former Wal-Mart employees who claim the retailer docked their pay. This lawsuit is among 70 similar state and federal cases.
