Another lawsuit has been filed against Toyota Motors Inc., this time in Houston after a woman was killed in an accident when her car sped through a stop sign and smashed into a cement wall. The accident occurred on Dec. 18, a few weeks before the recall that would have included Trina Renee Harris�?? 2009 Toyota Corolla. The Houston Chronicle reported that Harris told her husband that she felt the accelerator moved on its own at times, but didn�??t think anything of it. Harris�?? husband is seeking $200 million in damages for �??gross negligence.�?� This is the third wrongful death lawsuit filed against Toyota in relation to the recalled vehicles.
